Commercial deployments of AURMAK Pulse, Systems Integration, support, managed operations, hardware supply, installation or related services are governed by the proposal, statement of work, data-processing terms, support terms or other written agreement signed with the customer. If those agreed documents conflict with these website terms, the signed customer agreement will take priority.

3. Intellectual Property

The website, AURMAK name, AURMAK Pulse name, content, design, features, functionality and related intellectual property are owned by AURMAK or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent from AURMAK.
